Qualification

  • You have completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by further training in personnel management, or a degree with a focus on personnel management.
  • You have at least three to five years of professional experience in operational HR.
  • You have sound knowledge of labor law and ideally have experience working with a works council.
  • You preferably have experience in a manufacturing company and are familiar with supporting commercial and industrial employees.

  • You have very good German language skills at at least C2 level and good English language skills at at least B2 level.
  • You impress with strong consulting and communication skills towards employees and managers.
  • You present yourself trustworthy and professionally and handle sensitive personnel data with discretion at all times.
  • You work independently, pragmatically, and with a strong hands-on mentality.
  • You have an understanding of the collaboration between a German production site and an international corporate organization.
