Personalreferent / HR Manager (m/w/d)
Hamburg | hybrid work model | full-time
Your role:
As part of our dynamic HR team, you will take responsibility for the entire spectrum of personnel management. You will be the first point of contact for all personnel-related matters for our colleagues and executives. With fresh ideas, you will help us continuously develop our HR processes.
Your daily routine with us:
- You accompany our employees from onboarding to further development and up to employee care in their daily work.
- You steer operational HR processes and ensure a smooth flow of all personnel administrative tasks.
- You take responsibility for creating, reviewing, and maintaining employment contracts, certificates, and other personnel-related documents.
- You support employees and executives competently in personnel and labor law matters.
- You handle inquiries about absences, processes, and everyday matters reliably, friendly, and in a binding manner.
- You work on preparing and coordinating salary and wage calculations.
- You also develop administrative processes together with your team and support in recruitment management.
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in business administration, ideally supplemented by further education in the personnel field (e.g. personnel management) or a comparable qualification
- Multiple years of relevant work experience in personnel, preferably in a comparable position
- Safe handling of digital tools and HR software
- Communication strength, empathy, and organizational talent
- Trustworthiness, openness, and reliability
- Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking, as well as good English language skills
