HR Generalist (m/w/d) in Full- or Part-Time, On-Site

Momento Akustik is a modern Interior brand from North Germany with its headquarters near the city of Flensburg, in the German-Danish border region. We develop and produce high-quality acoustic panels that combine design and room acoustics – for homes, offices, and architecture projects throughout Europe.

To support our HR department, we are seeking an engaged HR Generalist (m/w/d), who will accompany our leadership and employees in all personnel-related matters and actively contribute to the further development of our HR work.

Tasks

• Supporting the entire recruitment process (job postings, candidate management, interviews)
• Creating employment contracts, contract amendments, and employment certificates
• Preliminary tasks for the monthly salary calculation (e.g., capturing and preparing relevant data for salary calculation, such as absences, overtime, and bonuses)
• Collaboration with the payroll department or external accounting firms
• General administrative HR tasks
• Supporting topics such as occupational safety and labor law questions

Qualification

• Completed commercial training or a university degree, preferably with a focus on personnel/HR
• First work experience in the HR field
• Basic knowledge of labor law
• Ideal experience in handling time-tracking systems and preliminary salary calculation
• Structured, reliable, and discreet work style
• Excellent communication skills and joy in working with people
• Very good German language skills
