Job description

Would you like to take the next career step after your studies or initial HR experience, combining recruiting, employee support, and HR administration? In this versatile position, you will take on responsibility early on, accompany employees and applicants along the entire employee lifecycle, and continuously develop professionally. Sounds like the right challenge? Then we should get to know each other!

Our client is an internationally active, fast-growing trading company with a European focus and a dynamic work environment in the German-Dutch border region. A modern corporate culture with short decision-making paths, direct exchange with management, and plenty of scope for you to contribute your own ideas and take on responsibility awaits you.

Tasks

  • You will support employees as a point of contact for various personnel-related issues.
  • You will take over the entire recruiting process for defined company areas – from job postings to applicant screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • You will create employment contracts, certificates, and references, and take on other tasks in operational personnel administration.
  • You will maintain digital personnel files and ensure structured and up-to-date HR documentation.
  • You will organize interviews, coordinate application processes, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • You will represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events and actively engage with potential candidates.
  • You will support internal HR communication and ensure that relevant information reliably reaches employees.
  • Together with the HR team, you will plan internal events and team-building activities.
  • You will participate in various HR projects and continuously develop existing personnel processes.

Qualification

  • You have a completed degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Psychology, or a comparable qualification.
  • You have initial practical experience in Human Resource Management, for example, through your first permanent position, internships, or working student employment.
  • You communicate convincingly and professionally and present yourself confidently to candidates, employees, and managers.
  • You work in an organized and independent manner and maintain an overview even with multiple parallel tasks.
  • You are interested in both recruiting and operational personnel support and personnel administration.
  • You have excellent German language skills (at least C1 level) and good English language skills (at least B2 level) in speaking and writing; Dutch language skills are an advantage.
  • You enjoy hands-on work and want to take responsibility for your own HR topics early on.
  • You bring initiative, team spirit, and the joy of continuous professional and personal development.

Benefits

  • You gain access to attractive positions that are often not publicly advertised.
  • You will receive personal advice and be accompanied throughout the entire application process.
  • You benefit from honest feedback, discretion, and our industry expertise.
  • You save time as we handle communication with the companies for you.
  • You will receive a Dutch employment contract and work in an international environment in the German-Dutch border region.
  • You will take responsibility for your own HR topics and projects from day one.
  • You benefit from short decision-making paths and direct exchange with management.
  • You receive a versatile entry-level opportunity with development potential in recruiting, employee support, and HR administration.
  • You work in a full-time position with a 45-hour week.
  • You generally start your workday from 8:00 AM and work within fixed working time structures.
  • You work entirely on-site; no home office is planned for this position.
  • You receive 28 vacation days per year.
  • You start with a one-month probationary period and then initially in a fixed-term employment contract for 12 months with the prospect of later permanent employment.
  • You will get to know the company first in a digital initial interview and then in a personal on-site interview.

Does this sound like your next challenge? Then apply now!
