HR Administration & Labor Leasing Representative (m/w/d) sought – Full-time | Munich

We are looking for you to join our partner company in Munich as an „HR Administration & Labor Leasing Representative (m/w/d)“.

Tasks

• You will manage personal administrative processes throughout the entire Employee Lifecycle – from hiring to termination
• You will accompany individual personnel measures, create labor law documents, and work closely with management, works council, and internal interfaces
• In addition, you will take care of labor leasing and other administrative HR topics
• You will advise employees and management on personal matters and coordinate various measures
• You will also contribute to HR projects and support the continuous optimization of administrative personnel processes

Qualification

• The foundation is a training as a person services clerk (m/w/d), industrial clerk (m/w/d), or office clerk (m/w/d) with HR further education or equivalent qualification
• You bring relevant professional experience as an HR Representative (m/w/d), HR Specialist (m/w/d), Personnel Officer (m/w/d), or HR Generalist (m/w/d), particularly in the area of labor leasing and personnel administration
• You have comprehensive knowledge of labor, tariff, social, and company law, as well as labor leasing regulations
• In addition, good knowledge of SAP HCM and MS Office, as well as experience in contract and personnel management are required
• Important are communication skills, organizational talent, discretion, and a structured and self-responsible working style
