HR Specialist Payroll (m/f/d) wanted – Full-time | Starnberg

On behalf of our partner company in Starnberg, we are looking for you as a "HR Specialist Payroll (m/f/d)" as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• As an HR Specialist (m/f/d), you will independently look after a fixed group of employees from entry to exit
• In addition, you will independently carry out monthly payroll accounting, including all preparatory and follow-up work, and create employment contracts and other personnel documents
• Furthermore, you will advise employees and managers on matters of HR support as well as on labor, tax, and social security law topics
• In addition, you will work closely with the areas of personnel development, recruiting, personnel controlling, and labor law
• In doing so, you will further develop existing HR processes and structures and actively participate in the modernization of HR work

Qualifications

• The basis for this is a commercial apprenticeship with additional qualification in personnel management or a degree in personnel management, business administration, or a comparable field of study
• You have several years of professional experience as an HR Specialist (m/f/d), HR Generalist (m/f/d), or Personnel Administrator (m/f/d) and definitely have well-founded experience in payroll accounting
• Proficient knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law as well as practical experience in operational HR support are required
• Self-reliance, organizational skills, and team orientation are important, as is the joy of helping to shape change and further develop HR processes
