Tasks

This is what you can expect

• Identification, organization, and management of the entire recruitment process
• Independent execution of all recruitment steps, including talent acquisition, phone interviews, presentation meetings, and contract negotiations
• Creation and maintenance of detailed qualification profiles for evaluating applicants
• Collaboration with various departments to ensure a smooth hiring process
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with candidates as well as continuous care for existing contacts
• Participation in initiatives to strengthen our employer brand

Qualification

This is what you bring with you

• Degree or vocational training in the field of personnel or relevant professional experience in the fields of personnel services, etc.
• Experience in the recruiting area, particularly in engineering/automotive, an advantage
• Sovereign and sympathetic demeanor in communication via phone, email, or video call
• A high level of self-initiative, proactive, and goal-oriented work combined with a structured thinking style and team spirit
• Fluent German and good English skills
