As Personalplaner:in, you are the organizational heart of our train operation. You ensure that our train staff is at the right place at the right time – and thus directly contributes to the reliability, safety, and service quality of our trains.

About the Role

• Personnel deployment planning, duty and shift scheduling for train staff
• Coordination of leave, training, and absence times
• Organization of arrivals and departures as well as hotel bookings for new employees
• Management of hotel contingents for train staff
• Tight cooperation with dispatch center, recruitment, and deployment management
• Support in administrative matters related to train staff
• Use and maintenance of our planning tools (Wilson, Navan)
• Participation in continuous process improvement

About You

• Fluent German skills (at least C1), English is an asset
• Experience in personnel deployment planning, disposition or shift scheduling
• Knowledge of the railway industry is an asset
• Safe handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Understanding of the Working Hours Act (ArbZG)
• Organized, structured, and solution-oriented
• Communicative, team-oriented, and reliable
