At ELB HANDWERK, you bring our employees from the painting and varnishing trade together with the right customer businesses. You are the central point of contact for both sides, coordinate assignments, and ensure that everything runs smoothly in everyday life.

Aufgaben

In short: You keep everything together.

You are in exchange with employees, applicants, customers, and the team in personnel management – and ensure that planning becomes reliable assignments.

In detail, this means:

• You are in daily exchange with our employees
• You plan and coordinate their assignments at our customer businesses
• You maintain existing customer relationships and build new contacts
• You conduct initial conversations with applicants and accompany the hiring process
• You work closely with personnel management together
• You keep data, documents, and assignment information up to date and tidy
• You are on site at customers or employees as needed
• You support projects and special topics

Important: This is not a classical leadership role. You are a coordinator, point of contact, and link. When dealing with sensitive issues, you work closely with personnel management and management together.

Qualifikation

You don't have to be an expert in personnel services. What's much more important is that you work structured, communicate well, and enjoy working with people.

You fit in well with us if you:

• Have a commercial education and at least 5 years of professional experience
• Have experience dealing with customers (e.g. in sales, field service, back office, HR or service)
• Communicate clearly, concisely, and respectfully
• You enjoy mediating between different interests
• You are organized and remain calm even when faced with short-term changes
• You have fun planning, coordinating, and organizing
• You are familiar with MS 365
• You have a Class B driver's license

Experience in the temp industry? Nice to have – but not necessary. We'll teach you everything important.
