Tasks

• Manage employee recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Plan and implement personnel development measures.
• Serve as a contact person for employee questions and conflict resolution.
• Support the development of HR strategies.
• Maintain and manage personnel records.

Qualification

• You have completed vocational training in the commercial sector, e.g. office clerk or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in personnel development and recruiting is an advantage.
• You are a communication talent with excellent German language skills in writing and speaking.
• Knowledge of labor law and payroll accounting is a plus.
• You are a team player with independent and structured working methods.
