Personnel Leadership (m/w/d)

The Steber-Tours GmbH moves people! With more than 400 employees and over 300 vehicles, we are one of the most innovative and influential family-owned mobility service providers in southern Bavaria. What began in 1927 with buses in passenger transport has continued to develop: Today, our focus is on safe transportation for schoolchildren and people with disabilities – a matter close to our hearts, which we have dedicated ourselves to with our modern minibus fleet.

Tasks

You will be responsible for our personnel work – from strategic planning to daily implementation:

• Recruiting & Talent Acquisition: You design the entire process from initial contact to successful onboarding
• Personnel Planning & Control: You analyze personnel needs, develop key personnel and coordinate vacation and relief planning
• Personal Development: You plan training, conduct feedback conversations, and shape career paths and succession planning
• Leadership & Process Design: You lead an engaged team (payroll accounting, recruiting, administration), create clear structures, and implement uniform processes
• Counseling & Administration: You advise on labor law and compliance, maintain personnel records, prepare certificates, and communicate between all levels
• Company Culture: You are the point of contact, mediator, and culture carrier – and create space for dialogue and development

Qualification

What you bring:

• Multiple years of experience in personnel leadership
• Fundamental knowledge of labor law
• Experience in KMUs or family-owned companies is advantageous
• Safe handling of common HR systems and MS Office
• Affinity to digital solutions and enthusiasm for modern HR technologies
