Our client operates three rehabilitation clinics with a total of around 800 beds and specializes in the indications of Orthopedics/Orthopedic Surgery, Internal Medicine with Cardiology and Gastroenterology, Neurology, as well as Psychosomatics, Psychotherapy, and Psychiatry. The stationary rehabilitation offer of the clinics is supplemented by outpatient treatment options at the Health Center. In addition to therapies and massages, natural remedies such as peat and spring water are used there. The Medical Care Center (MVZ) located in the historic steel bathhouse also offers an outpatient medical psychotherapy service.

The company group, which also includes Naturparkquellen and a Park Health & Balance Resort, employs around 1,500 staff members and is one of the largest employers in the region.

Personalleiter (w/m/d)

The position is responsible for overseeing and developing personnel work across multiple clinic locations, an outpatient location, a medical care center, and an outpatient nursing service. With a clear focus on structures, processes, key figures, and operational excellence. The People & Culture department is integrated but not at the center and will be further developed with external partners.

In this role, you are the direct point of contact for management, senior executives, employees, and works councils around personnel matters. You are part of the group-wide personnel management team with 1,500 staff members and form the interface to the labor director in the holding company.

• High numerical affinity and experience in setting up key figure systems
• Very good knowledge of Excel and data-based analysis
• Experience in digitalizing HR processes

Qualifikation

• Degree in Personnel, Economics or comparable field
• First leadership experience in personnel management, ideally in the healthcare sector
• Fundamental experience in managing operational HR processes
• Experience in dealing with works councils
