Personnel Leader (m/w/d)

An international company group with around 750 employees and six production sites, including Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, and Switzerland. The company combines industrial performance with a long-term corporate strategy.

In the context of a regulated succession, we are looking for an experienced leadership figure for the position Personnel Leader (m/w/d).

Tasks

In this key position, you will report directly to the management and function as a strategic sparring partner in all personnel-related matters. You will shape the HR organization with a future-oriented approach and make a significant contribution to the further development of structure, culture, and leadership.

You will lead an HR team consisting of 3 Personnel Referees, 2 HR Business Partners, and one Personalsachbearbeiter*in in terms of both expertise and discipline.

• Strategic counseling of the management on all HR-, organizational-, and cultural-related matters
• Total responsibility for personnel planning as well as counseling and support of executives
• Further development of personnel development, career, and succession planning
• Conceptualization, further development, and implementation of modern remuneration and incentive systems
• Development and implementation of a company-wide People- & Culture-Strategy
• Ensuring uniform HR standards and processes across multiple locations
• Travel readiness to the respective locations

Qualification

• Completed degree in business administration, economics engineering or a comparable qualification
• Multiple years of professional experience and leadership experience in personnel management, ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of the food industry is advantageous but not a requirement
• Outstanding strategic competence combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented working approach
• High social competence, empathy, and communication strength
• Very good English language skills in writing and speaking
• Readiness for inter-site cooperation and travel activity
