Head of HR (m/w/d)

The Clinical-Epidemiological Cancer Registry Brandenburg-Berlin (KKRBB) is a non-profit organization with a clear social mandate: We collect and analyze cancer data to sustainably improve oncological care.
With around 90 employees at several locations in Brandenburg and Berlin, we work interdisciplinary, data-based, and responsibly. To strategically and operationally develop our personnel department, we are looking for an experienced person with a sense of direction and leadership skills.
Tasks
In this position, you will be responsible for the overall management of the personnel department and act as a strategic point of contact for the executive board and senior executives. You will work across locations and be present in Cottbus as well as Berlin.
Your tasks at a glance:
- Advising the executive board and senior executives on all personnel-related matters
- Fostering, developing, and steering the HR team
- Developing, digitalizing, and optimizing all HR processes
- Trustworthy cooperation with the works council, including negotiations on collective agreements
- Responsibility for personnel administration, contract drafting, and grouping according to TV-L
- Personnel planning, recruitment, and staff acquisition
- Participation in personnel cost and budget planning
- Facilitating the salary calculation process
Qualification
You combine professional depth with leadership experience and enjoy developing structures.
This is what you bring:
- Completed degree (BWL, Personnel Management) or comparable qualification
- Multiple years of work and leadership experience in personnel management
- Very good knowledge of labor law, tariff law, and social insurance law
- Experience with TV-L and ideally with Sage HR Suite
- Hands-on mentality, high problem-solving orientation, and negotiation security
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and intuition
- Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
