Tasks

As Personnel Leader, you are responsible for all personnel-related questions at our company. If you master the following points, you're the perfect match for us!

• You are a contact person for management in all personnel-relevant topics
• You develop innovative HR measures to bind employees and develop them
• You ensure optimal sales staff and sales steering, and prepare for strategic personnel planning of the company
• You visit relevant trade fairs and implement new methods to make the employer brand attractive for employees
• As a true sales talent, you are also present on the floor and fulfill customers' shopping wishes and increase sales in the department. You ensure an ideal sales staff and situational sales steering

Qualification

In your position, you shine with your friendly and courteous nature and cast a smile on every customer's face. You enjoy counseling customers and are a salesperson through and through.

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a retail salesman or studied with textile knowledge, preferably also further education as a commercial clerk or comparable training, e.g., as a personnel manager
• You are an entrepreneurial thinker and doer who has a high passion for employees, can motivate them, manage them, and develop them
• A sovereign and authentic appearance paired with assertiveness and communication strength characterize you
• You are innovative and creative and are willing to take your responsibility forward and develop it
