Your Focus Areas

• Responsible for the training and support of apprentices

• Independent processing of all personnel administration from A to Z

• Support in the supervision and recruitment of personnel

• Participation in the monthly payroll run

• Processing and handling of sickness and accident cases

• General support of the Head of Human Resources in all HR-relevant matters

Your Profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship

• Further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma (or in training) or comparable

• Apprentice supervisor's certificate

• Several years of experience in a comparable role

• Proficient IT skills (MS Office, Abacus)

• You are a service-oriented and responsible personality with an efficient and structured way of working

• You have a networked way of thinking, a quick grasp of concepts, and strong social skills
