Job Description: You are responsible for planning, conceptualizing, and continuously developing the training and further education offerings for the employees of the Central Departments and the Sales and Service Department, and advise internal stakeholders on the training offers. You are responsible for the continuous feedback process between management and employees, as well as the tools and instruments used for this purpose. Proactive identification and implementation of current trends and developments in the field of training and further education, and the development of innovative training concepts and methods. You will also be responsible for the coordination and implementation of training measures, including the development of training materials and the evaluation of training effectiveness. You will work closely with the HR department and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a degree in education, psychology, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in training and further education. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. You will also have experience with training management software and be able to analyze and interpret training data. The position is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
