• Conceptualization and implementation of customer-specific as well as internal personnel development measures

• Participation in the development and implementation of workshops, seminars, and assessment and development centers for internal and external needs

• Conducting internal and customer-specific coaching sessions

• Accompanying and advising employees and executives on their individual development paths

• A successfully completed business, psychological, humanities, or social science degree

• First experiences in conceptualizing and conducting training sessions, workshops, and coaching, as well as in the field of selection diagnostics like assessment and development centers

• Pedagogical and didactic skills for effective and sustainable, also digital knowledge transfer

• Able to work structured and result-oriented in a dynamic environment
