As Personnel Deployment Planner:in, you are the organizational heart of our train operation. You ensure that our train personnel are at the right place at the right time – and thus directly contribute to the reliability, safety, and service quality of our trains.

About the Role

• Personnel deployment planning, duty and shift scheduling for train personnel
• Coordination of leave, training, and absence times
• Organization of arrivals and departures, as well as hotel bookings for new employees
• Management of hotel contingents for train personnel
• Tight cooperation with Control Center, Recruitment, and Deployment Management
• Support in administrative matters related to train personnel
• Use and maintenance of our planning tools (Wilson, Navan)
• Participation in continuous process improvement

About You

• Fluent German language skills (at least C1), English is an asset
• Experience in personnel deployment planning, disposition, or shift scheduling
• Knowledge of the railway industry is an advantage
• Safe handling with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Understanding of the Working Hours Act (ArbZG)
• Organized, structured, and solution-oriented
• Communicative, team-oriented, and reliable
