In the context of expansion, we are looking for a Personaldisponent (m/w/d) for commercial-technical worker leasing.
Aufgaben
- Filling vacancies in the commercial-technical area via worker leasing
- Customer service, personally and by phone
- Economic expansion of existing customer relationships
- Generating new customers
- Bid and order processing
- Care for external employees
- Berufung management / Recruitment
Qualifikation
- You have already accumulated professional experiences within the personnel service industry
- You have good regional knowledge
- You are a team player, work well in an organization with flat hierarchies and enjoy working with and for people
- You are empathetic, meet every person on eye level and have great fun working with and for people
- You possess a high customer- and service-oriented thinking
- A sympathetic, friendly demeanor and communication strength round out your profile.
