Tasks

• Acquire and manage clients – temporary employment and personnel placement in the Lippstadt, Hamm, Soest, Paderborn region
• Connect candidates and clients – recruiting and applicant management with system support instead of gut feeling
• Dispatch and support of our employees in temporary employment – commercial-technical field

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing services – as a Staffing Services Clerk (PDK), Personnel Consultant, Sales Consultant, Recruiter, or career changer with industry knowledge
• You can interact with people: on the phone, at the client's, in the team
• Structured way of working and confident handling of digital tools / MS Office
