Tasks

• Recruitment and selection of suitable personnel for our client companies
• Independent acquisition of new customers and projects, as well as maintenance of existing customer relationships
• Conducting job interviews and conducting selection procedures
• Creation of deployment plans and coordination of employees
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and quality standards
• Independent leadership of your projects and responsibility for their success

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in personnel placement and temporary work
• Able to independently lead a staffing agency and shape it entrepreneurially
• Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, Entscheidungskompetenz und strategisches Denken
• Motivation to realize yourself as your own boss within the company
