Aufgaben

• You ensure that our deployments in Berlin and surroundings run smoothly – for our employees and customers. Specifically, this means:
• Disposition & Einsatzplanung of our healthcare and social professionals
• Point of contact: employee and customer – by phone, email, and personally
• Customer care: taking needs, finding solutions, building relationships
• Employee care: clarifying availability, receiving feedback, providing support
• Coordination of deployment start, documents, hours, and absences (in coordination with administration/payroll)
• Collaboration with Recruiting/HR and management
• Participation in internal processes and their further development (e.g., planning, workflows, quality)

Qualifikation

Must-haves:

• Experience in personnel disposition or as a personnel manager (ideally temporary work agency)
• Communication strength, organizational talent, and a good eye for priorities
• Safe handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Carefulness, reliability, and a structured working method
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking

Nice-to-have:

• Industry knowledge in the healthcare/social sector
• Experience in dealing with customer negotiations & relationship management
• Pleasure in teamwork and a valuing collaboration
