In a client assignment, we are looking for a Personaldisponent / Onsite Manager (gn) - preferably with Polish or Romanian language skills for the industrial-technical sector in Hamburg.

Tasks

Self-responsible management and organizational and administrative processing of customer projects:

• Recruitment of new employees (gn) for assignments within the framework of labor leasing through various channels
• Processing of all personnel management, including contract drafting
• Proper disposition of employees (gn) according to defined customer requirements
• Scheduling and care of employees in shift model
• Analysis and continuous optimization of workflows and processes

Qualification

• Successful completion of training
• Experience in the personnel services industry (labor leasing) in the general or industrial-technical sector, preferably also in the logistics industry
• Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking
• A plus: Polish or Romanian language skills for the care of international professionals
• Pleasure in dealing with people and enjoyment of project work
• High self-responsibility and pronounced service-oriented thinking
