Exclusively, we are seeking a Personaldisponent (m/w/d) for the commercial-technical temporary staffing business.

Tasks

• Sales-oriented development of customer relationships
• First point of contact for customers
• Independent placement of open positions primarily in the commercial-technical sector
• Recruitment of new employees and candidate management
• Care and planning of external employees
• Recruitment and processing of orders and projects
• Representation of the company towards customers, educational institutions

Qualification

• You have a completed education, for example, as a personnel services clerk, office clerk or equivalent
• You bring relevant work experience from the personnel services sector and feel comfortable in a sales-oriented environment
• You inspire as a networker through your open and communicative nature and bring your goal-oriented working style into the team.
