Personnel Dispatcher (m/f/d) for International Students

In this versatile position, you will combine operational deployment planning in temporary employment with the personal and organizational support of international students.

Our client is a medium-sized, economically very strong, and nationally successful company in the personnel services sector. In the course of further expansion, the company is further developing its temporary employment of international students. An experienced personnel dispatcher (m/f/d) is sought who will take over the complete dispatch, deployment planning, and support of the students and reliably coordinate cooperation with the client companies.

The position can optionally be performed from the branch office in Cologne, the branch office in Karlsruhe, or from home office.

Tasks

• You will take over the complete support and dispatch of international students throughout their entire stay and employment in Germany.
• You will plan and coordinate the deployments and shifts of the students according to the requirements of the client companies.
• You will regularly liaise with the client companies and react flexibly to changes, sick reports, and short-term absences.
• You will ensure reliable staffing of deployments and organize student transportation to their workplaces if necessary.
• You will prepare employment contracts and deployment notices, check the required documents, and conduct contract signings in German or English.
• You will organize the arrival of students, pick them up at the airport, and assist them with moving into their accommodation.
• You will accompany the entire onboarding process and be available to students for personal, organizational, and work-related questions during their assignments.
• You will record working and absence times, maintain master personnel data, and handle administrative tasks related to support and dispatch.

Qualification

• You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
• You have sound experience in personnel services and temporary employment.
• You have practical experience in personnel dispatch, deployment planning, and employee support.
• Ideally, you have already supported international employees or students.
• You must have very good English skills and be able to communicate even complex content reliably and understandably.
• You have good German skills in written and spoken form. Further foreign language skills are an advantage.
• You are characterized by a high degree of self-organization, personal responsibility, and commitment and reliably manage your tasks even from home office.
• You maintain an overview with multiple parallel assignments, changing requirements, and short-term changes.
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and service-oriented manner and have a good understanding of people.
• You approach young people from different countries and cultures with openness, appreciation, and commitment.
• You have the necessary time flexibility to pick up students at the airport or provide personal support outside of usual office hours if needed.
• You possess a driver's license class B and have a great willingness to travel
