Our client is a highly reputable and economically strong personnel services company, which has been established nationwide for well over 30 years and enjoys an excellent reputation.

As part of expansion, we are exclusively seeking a Personnel Dispatcher (m/f/d) for the temporary placement of industrial and technical workers.

Tasks

• Sales-oriented development and expansion of customer relationships
• First point of contact for customers
• Independent filling of open positions primarily in the industrial-technical sector
• Recruitment of new employees / applicant management
• Supervision and deployment planning of external employees
• Recruitment and processing of orders and projects
• Representation of the company towards customers, training providers

Qualifications

• You have completed vocational training, e.g., as a Personnel Services Clerk, Office Clerk, or comparable
• You have relevant professional experience in the personnel services sector and are comfortable in a sales-oriented environment
• You impress as a networker with your open and communicative nature and contribute your goal-oriented way of working to the team.
