Your tasks:
Selection and support of nursing and medical professionals and auxiliary staff
Active acquisition of new customers and personal support of our existing customers
Interface between customers and employees. You bring both sides together
Independent planning of employee assignments
Contact person for customers in all questions regarding personnel selection

Our desired profile:
A completed training as a Personnel Services Clerk (m/f/d), a commercial training in the field of personnel & sales or first experience as an HR Consultant (m/f/d), Personnel Dispatcher (m/f/d), Sales Dispatcher (m/f/d), or Personnel Consultant (m/f/d)
Alternatively, a completed degree or a comparable qualification
A large portion of sales strength, communication skills and persuasiveness
An independent, structured way of working and enjoyment of working with people
