Our client is a growing company in the field of personnel services and event technology with its headquarters in Eschborn. We are looking for direct placement at the earliest possible time.

Tasks

• Planning and coordination of personnel deployment for events
• Recruitment, selection, and care of stagehands and event crews
• Contact person for employees and customers around the event
• Ensuring quality standards on site at events and concerts
• Creating offers and invoices
• (no sales or cold canvassing)

Qualification

• First experience in personnel services or disposition, ideally in the service or event industry
• Pleasantly also talented newcomers or career changers
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of dealing with people
• Eigeninitiative, organizational talent, and structured working method
• Hands-on mentality – pragmatic, solution-oriented, resilient
• Knowledge in the field of labor leasing is advantageous but not a must-have
• Knowledge in HR like employment law/disposition/etc.
• German C2 (required)/English desired
• Vocational training in the commercial or event-related sector desired
