In a mandate assignment, we are looking for a motivated team in Solingen for a Personal- or Vertriebsdisponent (gn) from the generalist or vocational-technical field.

The position will be filled indefinitely through direct placement - no employment agency.

Tasks

• Recruitment of new employees:in for assignments within the framework of employee leasing at customer companies
• Sustained customer care and active new customer acquisition
• Independent processing of all personnel management
• Gaining applicants (gn) through various channels, contract negotiation, personal guidance, etc.
• Proper disposition of employees (gn) according to the defined customer requirements

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of training
• Mind. 5 years of experience in the personnel services industry (employee leasing) in the vocational-technical field - ideally a skilled worker
• Pleasure in active sales for new customer acquisition
• Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking
• High self-responsibility and developed service-oriented thinking
