In a mandate assignment, we are looking for a Personal- or Vertriebsdisponent (gn) at the location of Oberhausen from the generalist or industrial-technical sector.

This is a direct placement as a long-term fixed employment directly with our partner company - no project business, no temporary work contract.

Tasks

• Recruitment of new employees for assignments within the framework of labor leasing at customer companies
• Sustained customer care and active acquisition of new customers
• Independent handling of all personnel management
• Gaining applicants (gn) through various channels, contract negotiation, personal guidance, etc.
• Proper disposition of employees (gn) according to the defined customer requirements

Qualification

• Fundamental experiences in the personnel services industry (labor leasing) in the industrial-technical sector
• Pleasure in active sales for new customer acquisition
• Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking
• High self-responsibility and developed service-oriented thinking
