We are looking for a mandate-based Personal-/Vertriebsdisponent (gn) at our Leipzig location for the recruitment (ANÜ) of commercially-technical personnel.

Tasks

• Sustainable customer care and active new customer acquisition
• Recruitment of new employees for assignments within the framework of labor leasing at the customer companies
• Independent processing of all personnel management tasks
• Gaining applicants (gn) through various channels, contract drafting, personal guidance etc.
• Proper disposition of employees (gn) according to the defined customer requirements

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of training
• Experience in the personnel services industry (labor leasing) in the commercially-technical sector
• Experience and joy in active sales for new customer acquisition
• Fluent German skills in writing and speaking
• High level of self-responsibility and developed service-oriented thinking
