In the client assignment, we are looking for a Personal- or Vertriebsdisponent (gn) at the location of Großbeeren from the generalist or industrial-technical sector.

This is a direct placement as a long-term fixed employment directly with our partner company - no project-based work, no temporary agency contract.

Tasks

• Recruitment of new employees for assignments within the framework of labor leasing at customer companies
• Self-responsible handling of the entire personnel management
• Gaining applicants (gn) through various channels, contract drafting, personal guidance, etc.
• Proper disposition of employees (gn) according to the defined customer requirements
• Ongoing customer care and active new customer acquisition

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of training
• Very good experiences in the personnel services industry (labor leasing) in the industrial-technical sector
• Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking
• High self-responsibility and pronounced service-oriented thinking
• Ideal, of course, a pleasure in active sales for new customer acquisition
