We are looking for a Personaldisponent (gn) / OnSite Manager (gn) with Polish language skills for the assignment at the Erfurt location to place industrial-technical personnel (ANÜ).

Tasks

• Recruitment of new employees: staff for assignments in the framework of labor leasing at customer companies
• Independent handling of all personnel management
• Gaining applicants (gn) through various channels, contract drafting, personal guidance etc.
• Suitable placement of employees (gn) according to defined customer requirements
• Sustainable customer care

Qualification

• Successful completed training
• Experiences in the personnel services industry (labor leasing) in the industrial-technical sector
• Fluent German and Polish language skills in word and writing
• Pleasure in sales and fun in teamwork
• High self-responsibility and developed service-oriented thinking
