Aufgaben

What you do

• Staffing for events – stagehands, forklift drivers, technical support staff
• Organizing last-minute deployments - when it's urgent
• Contact person for customers and crew – before, during, and after the event
• Solving problems - before they escalate

Qualifikation

What you bring

• Organizational talent and a cool head when things get stressful
• Communication skills – even when it gets uncomfortable
• Knowledge of Excel is an asset
• Experience with CrewBrain or similar dispatch systems welcome
• Experience in labor leasing or personnel services is advantageous
• Quereinsteiger with demonstrated organizational talent are explicitly welcome
