Be part of the labor market force and apply as Personal Advisor in Job Placement (Stmk) Location: Graz, from April Part-time/full-time (from 30 weekly hours) Proactively identify and address the needs of our clients, develop individualized job placement strategies, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful reintegration into the workforce. This includes but is not limited to: • Conducting initial consultations with clients to understand their goals, skills, and challenges; • Developing personalized job placement plans based on client needs and market conditions; • Identifying and connecting clients with suitable job openings; • Providing guidance and support throughout the job search process; • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress. The ideal candidate will have: • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, psychology, education); • At least 2 years of experience in job placement or a related field; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong organizational and time management skills; • Familiarity with labor market trends and conditions.
