We are looking for recruiters / salespeople (gn) on a mandate basis for the Koblenz location Personalberater / Vertriebsdisponenten (gn) to recruit (ANÜ) commercial-technical personnel.

Aufgaben

• Sustainable customer care and active new customer acquisition
• Recruitment of new employees for assignments in the context of labor leasing at the customer companies
• Independent processing of all personnel management tasks
• Gaining applicants (gn) through various channels, contract drafting, personal guidance etc.
• Fitting placement of employees (gn) according to the defined customer requirements

Qualifikation

• SUCCESSFUL completion of training
• Experiences in the personnel services industry (labor leasing) in the commercial-technical sector
• Experience and joy in active sales for new customer acquisition
• Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking
• High level of self-responsibility and pronounced service-oriented thinking
