We are looking for recruiters/sales representatives (gn) - preferably with Polish or Romanian skills - on behalf of our client for the location Hamburg to recruit (ANÜ) industrial-technical personnel.

Aufgaben

• Recruitment of new employees:ins for assignments within the framework of labor leasing at customer companies
• Sustainable customer care and active acquisition of new customers
• Independent processing of all personnel management tasks
• Gaining applicants (gn) through various channels, contract drafting, personal guidance, etc.
• Proper placement of employees (gn) according to the defined customer requirements
• Support for international specialists in official and administrative matters

Qualifikation

• SUCCESSFUL completion of training
• Experiences in the personnel services industry (labor leasing) from the industrial-technical sector
• Fluent German skills in writing and speaking, preferably with Polish or Romanian skills for the care of international specialists
• Pleasure in active sales to win new customers
• High personal responsibility and developed service-oriented thinking
