We are looking for Personalberater / Vertriebsdisponenten (gn) on a mandate basis for the location Munich to place personnel from the fields of Medicine and Care.

Tasks

• Recruitment of new employees: staff for assignments in the framework of worker leasing at customer companies
• Sustainable customer care and active acquisition of new customers
• Independent processing of all personnel management tasks
• Gaining applicants (gn) through various channels, contract drafting, personal guidance, etc.
• Proper placement of employees (gn) according to the defined customer requirements

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of training
• Experience in the personnel services industry (worker leasing) from the fields of Medicine and Care
• Experience and joy in active sales for new customer acquisition
• Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking
• High level of self-responsibility and pronounced service-oriented thinking
