We are looking for recruiters / dispatchers (gn) - preferably with Polish or Romanian language skills - for temporary work assignments at our Berlin location.

The position is available full-time or part-time.

Tasks

• Recruitment of new employees for assignments within the framework of labor leasing at customer companies
• Self-responsible handling of the entire personnel management
• Gaining applicants (gn) through various channels, contract negotiation, personal guidance etc.
• Proper placement of staff (gn) according to defined customer requirements
• Sustainable customer care

Qualification

• Successfully completed training
• Experiences in the personnel services sector (labor leasing) in the industrial-technical field
• Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking, and preferably also Polish or Romanian language skills
• Pleasure in sales and fun in teamwork
• High self-responsibility and developed service-oriented thinking
