Your tasks

• You convince new customers of our personnel services, especially in the industrial-technical sector, with enthusiasm and build on this basis our network further
• You support our customers professionally and reliably in their personal matters
• You are responsible for staffing from A to Z: From introducing all recruitment measures to selecting candidates, conducting interviews, and hiring
• You mentor our employees at eye level and stand by them with advice and support
• You are responsible for the needs-based allocation of our employees as well as the reliable planning of customer assignments
• Personnel administration rounds off your task portfolio

You bring

• A completed vocational training in a commercial or industrial-technical field and/or a completed degree
• Sales experience, ideally from the personnel services industry
• Good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of zvoove pdl and zvoove recruit are desirable
• Communication strength, empathy, and a respectful and professional approach to people
• The possibility of company-sponsored disability insurance (bBU) and the company-sponsored pension plan (bAV) with AG-contribution exceeding the statutory minimum
