Your tasks

• You convince new customers of our personnel services with enthusiasm and build on this way our network further
• You support our customers professionally and reliably in their personal matters
• You are responsible for the recruitment process from A to Z: From introducing all recruiting measures to selecting applicants, conducting interviews, and hiring
• You mentor our employees at eye level and stand by them with advice and support
• You are responsible for the needs-based allocation of our employees as well as the reliable planning of customer assignments
• Your personnel affairs round off your task portfolio

You bring

• A completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field and/or a completed degree
• Sales experience, ideally from the personnel services industry
• Good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of zvoove pdl and zvoove recruit are desirable
• Communication strength, empathy, and a respectful and professional approach to people
• The possibility of a company disability insurance (bBU) and a company pension plan (bAV) with AG contribution exceeding the statutory minimum
