For an established and economically stable personnel service company in Essen, I am looking for a personality who masters recruiting and customer consulting in the commercial sector - and has fun developing themselves professionally and prospectively, rather than standing still.

Aufgaben

• Patient care and disposition of employees in customer use
• Active new customer acquisition as well as maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships
• Accurate placement of skilled and unskilled workers in the commercial sector
• Participation in operational daily business with room for own ideas
• Economic thinking and acting with a view to relevant key figures

Qualifikation

• Mandatory requirement: Experience in internal personnel services
• Experience in the commercial sector (helper/factory worker) desirable
• Communication strength, customer orientation and approachable demeanor
• Endurance, self-initiative and joy in entrepreneurial thinking
• Education or studies are welcome - what matters most is personality and experience
