• Set prices independently, name and defend them
• Conduct job interviews and document them
• Be responsible for the sales process from initial contact to contract conclusion and document it
• Nurture existing customers sustainably and expand them, with a focus on existing customers
• Arrange personnel deployments and plan them
• Design and implement measures for customer and employee retention
• Support in the recruitment of personnel
• Mentor employees assigned to a customer company and lead them disciplinarily

• Sales-oriented thinking and joy in active customer approach
• Communication strength, negotiation skills, and a confident demeanor
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Class B driver's license/over 3 years old
• Experience in personnel services, ideally in new customer sales or customer care
• Good knowledge of labor leasing or personnel placement
• Safe handling of IT systems and digital recruiting tools
