• Active new customer acquisition:

• Needs analysis & sales pitch:
  You recognize the challenges of your customers, understand their requirements, and position suitable recruitment solutions convincingly.

• Closing-oriented work:
  You conduct conversations with a clear goal, drive processes forward consistently, and turn opportunities into successful orders.

• **Recruiting as a sales funnel:
  **You steer the entire process structured – from the first customer contact to the identification of suitable candidates until the successful placement.

• Network building & market presence:
  You build a solid network of customers and industry contacts and develop long-term repeat business from it.

• Direct approach to top talent:
  You identify suitable candidates, proactively contact them through platforms like LinkedIn or XING, and convince them in personal exchanges. Together with the entire team, you build our candidate pool further.
