We are a specialized recruitment consultancy for the construction, building materials, trades, and electrical engineering industries and support our clients in filling specialist and management positions – especially in sales.

For our Berlin location, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant (m/f/d) who is eager to grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Needs analysis: We work closely with our clients to understand their specific requirements for the open position. This includes identifying the required skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as considering the company culture and values.
• Candidate identification: We use our network, databases, and, if necessary, our advertising channels to identify potential candidates for the open position.
• Screening and interviewing: We review applications and conduct interviews to ensure that candidates have the required skills, experience, and qualifications and are a cultural fit for the company.
• Candidate presentation: We present the best candidates to our clients and support them in making the final selection.
• Relationship management: We maintain relationships with our clients and candidates to ensure that we understand and can meet their needs and requirements in the future.
• Overall, our goal as recruitment consultants is to build a long-term and successful partnership with our clients and candidates by helping them achieve their goals.

Qualifications

What you should bring

You fit with us if you bring one of these profiles:

🏗️ Experience in the construction or trades industry

For example, you come from construction, building materials trade, trades, plumbing, heating and sanitary, electrical engineering, technical building equipment, or a comparable field and have good industry knowledge and ideally an existing network.

🎯 Experience in recruitment consulting

You are already working as a recruitment consultant, recruiter, or headhunter and want to specialize more in the construction and trades industry.

🔄 Career changers

You are also welcome without experience in recruitment consulting. What is most important to us is that you are strong in communication, enjoy making phone calls, can assess people, and have fun with sales and relationship building. Experience in sales, field service, technical sales, or a B2B environment is an advantage.
