• active sales in the new customer segment of the region
• development and maintenance of existing customers
• analysis, definition, and largely self-determined exploration of the market potential of your sales region
• sustained development of personnel services at your location
• recruitment of new external employees

Qualification

• completed education
• experience in the personnel services industry is absolutely necessary

• knowledge of current statutory provisions of the Temporary Agency Work Act
• high sales affinity
• driver's license for a car (PKW)
