Personal Support Worker (PSW/UCP) – Seniors Living Retirement

When you come to work at our Seniors Living villages, you are coming into a Resident’s home. Your feedback and input is used to improve our daily practices, and your energy goes a long way to putting smiles on our Residents’ faces. If you were working for us as an PSW, here are some of the things you would have done last week:

• Administered medication under the guidance and license of a registered practical nurse (RPN)
• Assisted your Residents with activities of daily living
• Spending time and providing companionship to the Residents
• Completing your Point-of-Care tasks specific to each Resident you are supporting
• Helping keeping the Resident’s area clean and clutter free
• Communicating a Resident update to your care team
• Supporting Team Members in the home during a themed day
• Help a Resident come down during mealtime and provide them any support needed through the meal
• And supported your team as needed.

When you apply, if you have your PSW credentials, we will try our best to reach out to you within the week (hopefully within a few days). When you’re eligible with us for benefits, you can expect a variety of them:
