Social and Healthcare Assistant for Elderly Residence

Social and Healthcare Assistant for an elderly residence in Palma de Mallorca. Personnel is needed to support the daily care of the elderly within a residence. Tasks include assisting with personal hygiene and performing postural changes to ensure residents' comfort. Assistance is also provided during meal times, and collaboration with residents' movements within the facilities, in addition to other duties inherent to the position. The contract is temporary, with a full-time 40-hour workweek. The schedule is organized in rotating morning and afternoon shifts, from Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 21:30 hours, always respecting legally established rest periods. We are looking for a person with availability to adapt to this dynamic.
