Cleaning Staff

Cleaning staff with disabilities or incapacity sought for an office complex in the La Finca business park, in Pozuelo de Alarcón. The main tasks include general cleaning of offices, workspaces, and common areas: sweeping, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, cleaning furniture such as desks and chairs, and also windows, screens, and partition panels. Additionally, waste removal from work areas must be managed, any cleaning-related incidents attended to, and areas designated for events cleaned. It is necessary to move between the different buildings in the business park. The position involves standing for prolonged periods and occasionally lifting or moving moderate weights, such as trash bags or materials. Autonomy and proactivity in performing assigned tasks are valued. The contract is for employment promotion, with possibilities for continuation and extension depending on performance. Immediate start, with morning hours and flexibility to cover the afternoon shift punctually when necessary.
